Inspiration Red 2024

A blend of Baco Noir and Marechal Foch, Inspiration Red is a medium-bodied wine that opens with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and black currant, layered with subtle earthy notes. The palate delivers ripe black plum and berry flavours accented by vanilla and a soft hint of chocolate. The grapes were hand harvested, de-stemmed, and then fermented on their skins to build colour, structure, and flavour. The wine was then aged for 12 months in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels, adding complexity and texture while preserving varietal character.
