A tasting at Skye Chase is a chance to slow down and follow your curiosity. Our flights blend story, craft, and the distinct character of Southwestern Ontario into experiences that feel both grounded and imaginative. Choose the path that suits you and discover how each wine captures a piece of this place.

Wine by the Glass
Sometimes all you need is a glass of wine and a beautiful place to enjoy it. Our wine by the glass service offers a simple, effortless way to experience Skye Chase. Settle in, take in the views, and enjoy the moment at your own pace.
Wine by the glass service is available during tasting room hours.
Winter Wine Domes
Escape to a cozy winter retreat in our intimate, transparent domes, fitting up to 4 guests. Enjoy carefully curated wines, charcuterie, and soft blankets while taking in stunning views of the vineyard.
Wine Domes must be reserved in advance; reservations have a duration of 90 minutes.

Excellence begins with intention. This belief runs through each aspect of our winery, and our restaurant is no different. Each dish is carefully refined to pair with our wines, delight your senses, and spark connections. As we open our doors, our small bites menu is here to give you a taste of our full offering to come. We highly recommend reserving ahead of time, but walk-ins are welcome.
