Inspiration White is a blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, and Seyval Blanc sourced from the estate vineyard and the Twenty Mile Bench appellation. Each varietal was hand harvested to ensure ideal ripeness and balance, with the Riesling and Chardonnay blended prior to aging to allow early integration of acidity and texture. Fresh and lively, this wine bursts with citrus aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, and key lime. On the palate, bright citrus and green apple are balanced by a hint of lychee, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Our 2024 Riesling is meticulously harvested by hand and whole cluster pressed to extract the purest juice from each grape. A slow, cool fermentation process preserves the delicate aromas of clementine, apricot, pear, and honey, complemented by subtle hints of pink grapefruit, lemon zest, and green apple on the palate. This careful craftsmanship allows the Riesling to authentically express its unique terroir. 

Viognier - saved from extinction by enthusiasts in the Northern Rhône region in the late 1960s - is a richly aromatic and expressive grape. Our 2024 vintage, hand-picked and whole-cluster pressed, was aged in stainless steel tanks for three months to maintain freshness and vibrancy. It features opening notes of apricot, honeydew melon, and delicate white florals. The palate is smooth and generous, showcasing ripe stone fruit, subtle floral tones, and a long, velvety finish - a result of the wine’s high alcohol content (14.5%).

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a masterful blend that encapsulates the essence of the star varietal from a cool-climate region. Aged in a combination of oak and tank, this Sauvignon Blanc reveals tropical notes of yellow grapefruit, fresh-cut hay, lemongrass, and gooseberry. On the palate, you’ll detect subtle hints of lemon, flint, wet stones, and green melon, creating a complex and refreshing profile.

Pinot Gris is a rare gem in the wine world, and in Ontario, it showcases the best this varietal can offer. This exquisite blend of barrel and tank fermentation reveals powerful fruit notes of peach and delicate floral accents, with a hint of coconut from the oak. The palate is graced with a rich texture and a lingering finish of yellow plum, sour cherries, golden delicious apples, and red currants. It’s a wine that captures both elegance and complexity, offering a truly memorable experience.

Our Chardonnay Reserve is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.
