Jonathan O’Connor

Jonathan O’Connor has been producing premium wines across Canada and Australia for over 10 years, with experience ranging from cool-climate estate and boutique wineries to large-scale sparkling wine production. He takes a thoughtful, fruit-driven approach to winemaking and works with the unique characteristics that each vintage and vineyard present, ensuring the journey from vine to bottle remains pure, purposeful, and expressive.

Jonathan manages all aspects of our winemaking, from vineyard management and harvest through to the finished product.
