Our Winemaking Approach

At Skye Chase Estate Winery, every bottle begins in the ridge-top vineyards of southwestern Ontario, where lake-cooled breezes, limestone-rich soils and lengthening summer light converge to shape singular grape flavour. We embrace a “vineyard-first” approach – letting the grapes be a direct expression of place, season and mineral-tone, rather than masking them with heavy intervention.

We craft our wines in a subtle, layered, French style, delivering unmistakable flavours that honour the grapes and demonstrate the passion, patience and precision that are the hallmarks of our approach. The result is wines that speak for themselves: complex, balanced, and worth chasing.
