Ryan Odette is a Windsor-born chef and restaurateur known for building distinctive dining concepts rooted in flavor, technique, and approachability. He is the former owner of a number of restaurants in Southwestern Ontario, and his cooking style blends strong classical foundations with modern influences, emphasizing quality ingredients, balance, and thoughtful execution. From refined bistro fare to bold, comfort-driven dishes, his work is guided by consistency, creativity, and a deep respect for the craft.
