A Guided Tasting Journey of Skye Chase Wines
Guests are welcomed into an intimate, relaxed environment where they will explore a curated flight of wines. This guided tasting is designed to deepen appreciation of your wines through storytelling, sensory discovery, and food pairings.
Experience Flow (Approx. 75–90 mins)
1. Welcome Reception (10 mins)
Greet guests with a small glass of sparkling wine or a signature welcome pour.
Provide a brief introduction to the winery, history, and philosophy.
2. Vineyard & Winemaking Story (15 mins)
Short vineyard walk (if possible) or a seated presentation with visuals. Explain grape varieties, terroir, and winemaking methods.
3. Guided Wine Flight (30–40 mins)
Taste 4–5 wines, progressing from light to bold.
Each pour includes structured guidance: appearance, aroma, palate, and finish.
Highlight unique characteristics, vintage differences, and winemaker’s intent.
Use tasting mats with notes and space for guests to write impressions.
4. Food Pairing Element (15–20 mins)
Small bites (cheese, charcuterie, seasonal local produce, or a sweet finish).
Show how each pairing enhances or contrasts with the wines.
5. Closing & Exclusive Offer (5–10 mins)
Wrap up with time for questions and conversation.
Provide guests with a tasting passport or small branded keepsake.

- Standard Tasting Experience – $35–$45 per person Includes 4 wines (non-premium) + cold food pairings with each.
- Premium Reserve Tasting – $60–$75 per person Includes 5 wines (including Skye Chase Premium Chardonnay & Cabernet Franc), elevated food pairings, in your own private tasting space (up to 12).
- Group/Corporate Tasting – Custom pricing Can include team-building blind tastings, vineyard tours, or catered additions.
